VOLOSM
is building the system that builds housing.

VOLOSM is a technology-driven volumetric off-site manufacturing company built to transform how housing is designed, manufactured, and delivered. Based in Alabama and focused initially on the Southeast, we connect developers, design teams, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and data through one coordinated platform. Rather than focusing on modular construction alone, VOLOSM is building the infrastructure around it—combining advanced manufacturing with standardization, automation, and data intelligence to create a more predictable and scalable way to deliver multifamily and housing projects.
Our Mission - Our Vision
Our Mission
To industrialize housing delivery by connecting manufacturing, technology, and the construction ecosystem into one integrated system.
Our mission is to help developers and communities deliver quality housing faster and more predictably by reducing fragmentation, improving coordination, and bringing greater visibility to the entire process—from design and procurement through manufacturing, logistics, installation, and completion.
Â
Our Vision
To build the manufacturing and technology infrastructure that powers the next generation of housing.
We envision VOLOSM becoming a connected network of manufacturing capacity, developers, suppliers, logistics partners, and technology operating as one ecosystem. As the network grows, every project creates more data, greater purchasing power, stronger standardization, and better production intelligence—allowing VOLOSM to scale beyond a single factory and help reshape how housing is delivered across the Southeast and, ultimately, nationwide.
Planned Objectives
System Development
The core VOLOSM system architecture is currently being refined to support seamless project delivery.
Facility Strategy
We are identifying and planning for a future advanced manufacturing facility intended to serve the Southeast.
Technology Phase
Anticipated software and robotics integration is expected to drive intelligence across all project phases.
Operations Timeline
The project roadmap charts a path toward a future where volumetric housing is delivered with predictability.
